Outfit Rules for QRGR

1. Play to the spirit of the game, this is what QRGR is all about and by joining us you are expected to learn to do this, don't go round thinking you're better than everyone else because you have more kills or a higher BR/CR, don't have a go at people because they don't know every inch of the game like you do, don't make people feel bad when they've come to play a game to relax. QRGR is meant to be about friendship and having a laugh whilst playing a game properly.

2 .
Do not teamkill (tk) or cause a nuisance in the game in any way, if you have to teamkill someone to stop them causing grief then use your judgement wisely. QRGR has a good reputation in many games, if you give us a bad name by acting the fool then you will be tarred and feathered in your closest town hall/market place.

3. All new members are ranked as a Peon, you are the lowest of the low, the scum of the earth, the dirt under peoples fingernails, but we love you like brothers. In order to work your way up the ranks you need to take an interest in the clan and our forums/irc, do what your squad leader tells you and learn from the other members what it means to be a gurkha even if you've been playing the game for longer.

4. If there is a squad going its always led by the highest rank in the outfit. Not BR, or CR as this depends on how often you play, not your actual rank. Treat it like the army. If you are a captain and have a squad with you that you're commanding, if a major comes along you listen to him, not the captain.
Do not wait for the higher rank to ask you to make them squad leader, you do it straight away. There may be times they're happy to give you back the leadership for your own points and thats fine.

5. You are only allowed to command a squad if you actually command it. Just being Squad Leader because you want some command XP is not a reason to command a squad. Just telling everyone where to attack next is not good enough, you need to plan attacks and assign people to certain tasks etc.

6. Do what your told. If your Squadleader (SL) tells you to do somthing, you do your best to do it. If you are currently doing somthing that you think could be more important (perhaps getting a generator or hacking an AMS) you tell your SL "i'm currenly doing this, you want me to carry on?". If you can't get to where your SL tells you to go, perhaps your pinned down in a tower or a long way away and its gonna take you a long time, you tell your SL so he knows that you are tied up.

7. When the squad is full and there aren't enough people to start a second (or third) then whoever has waited the longest gets into the first open spot. It's no fun having to be jonny solo but you will get a spot eventually.

8. Do not use voice comms as a moaning forum in the heat of battle when it's needed for communications between the squad. No one cares why you died for the 50th time by someone with no talent, and in the middle of a firefight people don't want to hear about what you're doing at the weekend. In transport or out of battle is fine, and banter is fine, just don't block the airways when people are trying to listen out for orders or information please, use common sense.

9. Never admit defeat, don't recall to sanctuary the instant the fight becomes slightly harder, just dig in and anti up, we're gurkhas not girlies !

10. Try not to hog the fun jobs. Every now and then let someone else be the bombadier in the lib or tail gunnner on the gal etc..

This is an ongoing list and can be edited to reflect any changes or new ideas but this is the general frame work of the clan, the basic principles being have fun but play the game properly and remember it's just a game.
